How do I manage my two-factor authentication (2FA)? (US)

Important Information

ZenBetting Customer Service will never ask you to confirm a code that was sent to your device. If someone asks you for the code, please change your password immediately.

Learn how to manage your two-factor authentication (2FA) by following the steps below:

How to manage 2FA on the ZenBetting Fantasy Sports app

1. Log into the ZenBetting Daily Fantasy app.
2. Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
3. Select Login & Security.
4. Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
5. In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and tap Send Verification code. 
6. Enter the 2FA code sent to your mobile phone and toggle ON 2FA.
   • To disable 2FA, follow the steps shown below and toggle OFF 2FA.

How to manage 2FA on the ZenBetting Sportsbook & Casino apps

1. Log into the ZenBetting Casino or Sportsbook apps.
2. Tap your profile photo and select Login In & Security.
3. Select Login Security Preferences. 
4. Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
5. In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and tap Send Verification code. 
6. Enter the 2FA code sent to your mobile phone and toggle ON 2FA.
   • Important note: Players will not be able to disable 2FA for ZenBetting Sportsbook or Casino products.

How to manage 2FA via desktop or laptop

1. Log into ZenBetting. 
2. Click your profile photo and select Account Information. 
3. On the left rail, click Login & Security. 
4. Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
5. In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and click Send Verification code
   • Important note: Players will not be able to disable 2FA for ZenBetting Sportsbook or Casino products.

1. Log into ZenBetting. 
2. Tap the three-line Menu icon in the top left corner. 
3. On the left rail, tap the gear Settings icon.
4. Tap Account Information. 
5. From the My Account dropdown in the center of the screen, select Login & Security. 
6. Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
7. In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and click Send Verification code.
   • Important note: Players will not be able to disable 2FA for ZenBetting Sportsbook or Casino products.

Notes about managing two-factor authentication (2FA):

• If you’re geolocated within a state legalized for mobile Sportsbook or Casino, you’re required to use 2FA to log in for ZenBetting Sportsbook and Casino. You won’t be able to disable 2FA for ZenBetting Sportsbook or Casino products.
• 2FA won’t work with a mobile phone number that can’t receive SMS messages.
