Troubleshooting

I received an ‘insufficient funds’ error when depositing with my bank account.

Resolution: Your online banking deposit was declined due to insufficient funds in your bank account. If your available balance is less than 1.5x your deposit amount or your available balance does not cover all of your pending transactions, your deposit will be declined. To fix this we recommend the following steps:

  • Add more funds to your bank account.
  • Deposit a smaller amount.
  • Review any pending charges, or contact your bank to see if they can settle your pending transactions.
  • Using an alternative deposit method.

I received a “Geolocation Error” while trying to deposit with my bank account.

Resolution: Players would need to be located in a physical location that permits ZenBetting deposits. Players can learn more about why they are seeing a restricted or ineligible location message.

I am trying to deposit with a banking account that is not in my name.

Resolution: Only use a deposit method that belongs to you, and that matches the name associated with your ZenBetting account. Try an alternative deposit method.

I am trying to deposit with a business banking account.
