How do I set deposit limits on my ZenBetting account? (US)

Important Information

• Deposit limits are applied at the account level and include the cumulative total for deposits made to Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Casino.
• Once a limit is set, you won't be able to increase that limit for a set period of time, as determined by jurisdiction regulations for your physical location.
• In addition to deposit limits, you can also set other types of player limits or self-exclude from participating on ZenBetting.

How to set a deposit limit for Fantasy Sports via the Fantasy Sports app

1. Log into the ZenBetting Fantasy Sports App
2. Tap Home in the bottom center. 
3. Scroll down to ZenBetting Help at the bottom.
4. Tap Responsible Gaming.
5. Tap Player Limits.
6. In the Deposit Limits section, you can set the following: 
   • Limit time period and amount:
     • Daily
     • Weekly 
     • Monthly
7. After you've made your deposit limit selections, tap Save. 
8. Tap Confirm. 
9. At the top of the screen, you'll see a confirmation that Deposit limits are set and locked.

How to set a deposit limit for Fantasy Sports on desktop or laptop

1. Log into ZenBetting on desktop and click your profile photo in the top right corner. 
2. Select Account Information from the dropdown that appears. 
3. On the left rail, click Responsible Gaming then scroll down to Limits.
   • If you're accessing from a smaller screen, the left rail may become a dropdown in the top center. 
4. In the Deposit Limits section, you can set the following:
