What information is required to verify my ID when I create my account?
Customers will be required to verify their identity. For your safety, the ability to deposit, wager or withdraw funds will be disabled until the identity verification process is complete.
Depending on the product you're using, you may need to provide the following information to set up your account:
- Full legal name
- Physical mailing address (PO boxes and commercial addresses aren't accepted)
- Date of birth
- Social Security number
What happens if my identity verification fails?
- If your identity verification fails due to a mistake in the provided information, you’ll have one more opportunity to re-enter your information.
- If verification through the automated system is still not successful, contact the ZenBetting Customer Support Team.
What happens after I successfully upload my documentation?
- After you upload your document successfully, you will be required to enter your Social Security number (SSN).
- If you fail the Social Security number (SSN) verification two times, our Customer Support team will perform a check and contact you directly.
- After the upload, our Customer Support team will review your document and send you an email with the result of your verification
What happens if my document upload is unsuccessful?
If all attempts to verify your identity are unsuccessful, you will have the option to upload an identification document.
- The information entered into the online form and the identification document will be reviewed.
- A ZenBetting Player Advocate will respond with the verification results shortly.
