Important notes:

  • When you successfully self-exclude, you won't be able to log into your account until the self-exclusion time period you selected has passed. This applies to all ZenBetting products, regardless of which product you used to set the exclusion. 
  • You’ll see all options defined by your jurisdiction when setting a player limit.

To self-exclude via app:

  1. Log into the ZenBetting Sportsbook or Casino app. 
  2. Tap RG in the top left of your screen. 
  3. Scroll down to Breaks. 
  4. Tap Self-Exclusion.
  5. Select a Period of Exclusion.
  6. Tap Submit Self Exclusion
  7. Review the Waiver and Release and Acknowledgement and if you agree, tap each box.
  8. Enter your Electronic Signature and tap Submit.

To self-exclude via mobile web:

  1. Log into ZenBetting Sportsbook or Casino
  2. Tap RG, located at the top right of your screen next to your Profile picture.  
  3. Tap Self-Exclusion.
  4. Select a Period of Exclusion.
  5. Tap Submit Self-Exclusion
  6. Review the Waiver and Release and Acknowledgement and if you agree, tap each box.
  7. Enter your Electronic Signature and tap Submit.

To self-exclude via desktop or laptop:

  1. Log into ZenBetting Sportsbook or Casino.  
  2. Click RG Responsible Gaming in the top right of your screen next to your profile picture. 
  3. Scroll down to Breaks and click Self-Exclusion
  4. Select a Period of Exclusion.
  5. Click Submit Self-Exclusion.
  6. Review the Waiver and Release and Acknowledgement and if you agree, click each box.
  7. Enter your Electronic Signature and click Submit.
