In this video, we’ll walk you through how to edit the email address for your ZenBetting account.
First, log into your account.
This example is using the DFS app but you can complete these steps from any ZenBetting product.
When logging in, you may be asked to verify your identity with 2 factor authentication.
Tap on your profile icon and select “Login & Security”.
If you’re using Sportsbook or Casino, select “Login & Security Preferences” first, then “Login Security Preferences”.
From here, find your current email address and select “Change Email”.
Your current email will be pre-populated. Enter your new email address.
To confirm accuracy, enter the email address a second time and confirm both match and are correct.
Then, select “Change Email”.
After editing your email address, you’ll receive a two factor authentication email request.
Access the email from your updated email address and enter the verification code.
Check your junk and spam folders if you don’t see it right away.
You must verify your new email address from the email sent before your ZenBetting account information can be updated.
In addition, you’ll receive emails to both your old and new email addresses confirming the request.
If you receive an email stating you changed your email address but did not initiate this change, please reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance.
Finally, if you don't have access to the email associated with your ZenBetting account and cannot sign in, you can use the chatbot at the bottom of the Help Center screen to reach out to the ZenBetting Customer Support Team for assistance.
