How do I update personal information on my tax forms (1099-Misc / W-2G) for ZenBetting? (US)

To ensure that ZenBetting has the correct information for your tax forms, please visit the ZenBetting Tax ID form to confirm or update your details.   

Note: Fantasy app customers can update their IRS Form W-9 via desktop, laptop, or mobile web. 

How to confirm or update tax forms via desktop, laptop, or mobile web

1. Log into ZenBetting. 
2. Navigate to the ZenBetting Tax ID form. 
3. On the Confirm Your W-9 Filing page, review your:
   • Citizenship
   • Name and mailing address
   • If you’d prefer Only issue me electronic tax forms.
4. If all information on the screen is correct, eSign with your SSN or ITIN.
5. Tap/click Submit My W-9. 

How to confirm or update tax forms via Sportsbook or Casino apps

1. Log into the ZenBetting Sportsbook or Casino app. 
2. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner. 
3. Tap Financial Center.
4. Below Tax Center, tap Fill out W9.
5. On the Confirm Your W-9 Filing page, review your:
   • Citizenship
   • Name and mailing address
6. If all information on the screen is correct, eSign with your SSN or ITIN.
7. Tap Submit My W-9.
