How do I access my live Pool or bracket? (US)

Important Information 

You can access live Pools and Brackets, in applicable jurisdictions, by navigating to the Pools tab on the device of your choice. There you’ll see four options:

Lobby

Private Pools: Players can select this option to join or create a Pool to play with friends and family.

Pools Contests: Players can select this option to join a live or upcoming Pool or Bracket.

Upcoming

Players can locate Pools or Brackets they’re currently in that haven’t started yet.

Live

Players can locate Pools or Brackets that are currently live or underway.

Recent

Players can locate Pools or Brackets that have concluded.

How to join a live Pool or Bracket via the Sportsbook or Fantasy Sports app

1. Log into your Sportsbook or Fantasy Sports account on the ZenBetting Sportsbook or Fantasy Sports app.

2. Click the Pools section on the top sliding product menu.

3. Click Lobby, Upcoming, Live, or Recent via the main Pools menu.

4. Under Lobby, select either Private Pools or scan through All Pools.

5. Once your Pool or Bracket of choice is selected or created, proceed with selecting your picks within the Pool or Bracket.

6. Upon completing your picks, click Submit.

7. Via the Pop-up screen click Submit | Entry Fee.

• Note: In this example, the 1 Entry is Free as it’s part of a Pool that has a Free Entry.

How to join a live Pool or Bracket via a desktop/laptop

1. Log into ZenBetting Sportsbook.

2. Click the Pools tab on the top menu, below the product menu.

3. Click Lobby, Upcoming, Live, or Recent via the main Pools menu.

4. Under Lobby, select either Private Pools or scan through Pools Contests.

5. Once your Pool or Bracket of choice is selected or created, proceed with selecting your picks within the Pool or Bracket.

6. Upon completing your picks click Submit.

7. Via the Pop-up screen click Submit | Entry Fee.

• Note: In this example, the 1 Entry is Free as it’s part of a Pool that has a Free Entry.

How to join a live Pool or Bracket via the mobile web

1. Log into your ZenBetting account on the mobile web via your mobile device’s web browser.

2. Click the 𝄘 icon in the top left corner of the page.

3. Select Pools on the scrolling menu.

4. Click Lobby, Upcoming, Live, or Recent via the main Pools menu.

5. Under Lobby, select either Private Pools or scan through Pools Contests.

6. Once your Pool or Bracket of choice is selected or created, proceed with selecting your picks within the Pool or Bracket.

7. Upon completing your picks click Submit.

8. Via the Pop-up screen click Submit | Entry Fee. 

• Note: This can be free or a fee will be posted before submitting.

Note: 

• Ensure that you always review your Pool or Bracket picks prior to submitting them. This assists in ensuring that the picks you wish to make are accurate.
• Players are not able to withdraw their entry in a Pool or Bracket contest at this time.
