There are two types of deposit limits for ZenBetting accounts: self-imposed (Responsible Gaming feature) and jurisdiction-regulated.

Self-imposed deposit

Limits that block you from certain gaming functionality can’t be lifted once set. After setting a limit, you aren’t permitted to increase the limit until after the date shown under current limits has passed.

Jurisdiction-regulated

Deposit limits set by jurisdiction regulation may be eligible for increase. The ZenBetting Customer Support Team can help guide you through the process of submitting the relevant documents and information needed to request this increase.
