How do I cancel a withdrawal I requested? (US)

If you've requested a withdrawal in error, you may be able to cancel it. To cancel, check your bell notifications to access the withdrawal tracker or return to the withdrawal page to see any pending withdrawals.

How to cancel your withdrawal

1. Log into ZenBetting on web or mobile. 
2. Click your username or profile icon in the top right corner.
3. On desktop, select Account Information from the dropdown that appears. 
4. Select Withdraw. 
5. Below Pending Withdrawals, identify the withdrawal you wish to cancel and click Cancel.
   • Or select View Status for the withdrawal you'd like to cancel. 
   • You'll be redirected to the withdrawal tracker page for the specific withdrawal.
   • Click Cancel Withdrawal to cancel.
   • On a desktop device, there will be a banner at the top of the screen. Click Cancel Withdrawal to cancel.
