Can I sit out a game in Electric Poker? (US)

Overview

You will be automatically put in sitting out status if you do not action during your turn and your action timer and time bank have expired. There are no rules against sitting out or folding every hand.

In a tournament setting, a player sitting out will automatically check or fold according to the previous action when it is their turn. If there is no action, the player sitting out will automatically check. If there is a bet or raise, the player sitting out will automatically fold. A player sitting out will be forced to pay their blinds and/or antes.

Should you become disconnected during play, you will be sat out until rejoining the game and take an action during your next turn. Furthermore, if you become disconnected and do not action or rejoin the tournament before your next turn, you will be put in “sitting out” status. Learn more about our Poker disconnection policy.

How can I rejoin play?

You can rejoin play by selecting the Rejoin Play button in the bottom right-hand corner.
