Timing

• Venmo withdrawals can take up to two (2) days.
  • Important: Funds are sent to your Venmo balance, not to an associated bank account.

Requirements

• An ID verified personal Venmo account that matches your associated ZenBetting account information, with an existing balance on file is required.
• An initial deposit to ZenBetting from your personal Venmo account is required.
• The first deposit must be completed via ZenBetting app or mobile web.

Limitations

• Venmo withdrawal amount can't exceed $20,000.
• ZenBetting doesn't permit the use of business accounts.
• Venmo isn't permitted in all jurisdictions.
